CITADEL CLUB OYSTER ROAST INFORMATION - NOT FISHING TOURNAMENT - 14-16 bushels of oysters for 100 people. 4 full pans of BBQ, 2 full pans of mac and cheese, 3 half pans of coleslaw, desert, chips (6 large bags). Hotdog meal would be an assortment of 4 types of dogs - 175 total plus buns. Chili is 40-50 quarts plus bowls, crackers, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, utensils, etc.
